Mark Holyoake

After becoming a Business graduate from Reading University, Mark Holyoake has been involved in investments since 1995, where he established his first company which produced and distributed food products throughout Asia. The following ten years saw the company expand through a number of investments in various sectors but maintaining its main focus on the global food market as it has done to this present day, with his businesses operating on an international scale in over ten nations.

Since 2007, Mark Holyoake has been heavily investing in the commercial and residential property market. Through his investment vehicles, Jaybright LLP and Wellgold, he has completed numerous property developments in Grosvenor Gardens. In addition to this, Hazelend LLP was established by Mark, which has also completed some significant property projects in the Notting Hill area with another property projects currently underway.

In more recent years, International Seafood Holdings was established by Mark in 2009, which focuses on investments in the seafood and food divisions. Located in Luxembourg, the company secured its first investment and now owns one of Europe’s largest seafood companies.
