In November 2011 we acquired Grosvenor Gardens House. This 125,000 sq ft building, formerly named Belgrave Mansions was completed in 1868 as the first serviced apartment building in London. We are currently in the planning phases and anticipate completion in late 2016.

Completed in Summer of 2011, this secluded Belgravia location comprises of 5 luxury apartments and a contemporary 2200Sq ft mews house.
Two buildings on Grosvenor Gardens terrace were purchased in 2008 and then redeveloped into a single 19,200 sq ft premium office space. The building once complete set the new rental standard for Victoria.

Westbourne Grove Mews
Purchased as a derelict garage in an unattractive Notting Hill mews; the aim was to construct an elegant scheme which would completely regenerate the mews.
Utilising innovative architectural techniques throughout the build, the two ultra modern 4300 sq ft homes are intended for completion by mid 2013.
